Cherry ‘Sherbet’ | ChopChop
We love a two-ingredient (or three, max) recipe, especially when it’s this delicious! If we didn’t add the yogurt, it would be called sorbet; sherbet is a frozen fruit-based dessert that has a little bit of milk or cream—or, in this case, nice, tangy yogurt—added to it.
Food processor (adult needed)
- Put the frozen cherries in the bowl of the food processor fitted with a steel blade and pulse until the cherries are well chopped.
- Add the yogurt and almond butter, if you like, and process until smooth. Serve right away.
