Creamy Avocado Dip | ChopChop
This is a light and creamy avocado dip, different from the more commonly found guacamole--just right for topping tacos or sandwiches, or for snacking on with a pile of raw vegetables.
Sharp knife (adult needed)
- Carefully cut the avocado in half by running the knife through the stem end and around the large pit. Twist the halves to separate and remove the pit with a spoon.
- Use the spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh and put it in the bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Serve right away or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
